Pila Neighborhood Program
Program Terms
Overview
The Pila Neighborhood Program lets neighbors in a participating area sign up together. As more neighbors in an area sign up and express interest in a Pila, the neighborhood unlocks a discount code shared with everyone who signed up.
Eligibility
The Program is currently available only to residents of New York State. We may expand to additional states in the future — if you're outside New York, you can join the waitlist to be notified when it's available in your area.
How the Discount Is Issued
Interested neighbors first sign up to express interest in bringing the Program to their area. Once enough interest is registered, we follow up with everyone in that neighborhood to confirm details, including address and desired quantity. Once a neighborhood's total confirmed interest reaches a threshold, we generate a unique discount code and share it with everyone confirmed in that neighborhood:
- 5–9 units: $75 off
- 10+ units: $100 off
Codes are applied at checkout toward a qualifying Pila purchase. The tier a neighborhood reaches, and the codes issued, are determined by Pila based on the total interest and orders received, and may be reassessed if that information turns out to be inaccurate.
Discount Terms
- Each discount code is limited to one use, and to one order per household or account.
- Codes are not combinable with other discount codes or promotions unless we state otherwise in writing.
- Codes are valid only while your neighborhood's Program is open. Once your neighborhood's Program closes, any unused code expires.
Fraud Prevention & Reserved Rights
Pila reserves the right, at any time, to limit how many sign-ups from a single address count toward a neighborhood's threshold, decline to issue or reclaim a code tied to sign-up information that appears inaccurate or designed to artificially inflate a total, and void a discount applied through a code that's been shared, resold, or used outside these Terms.
Shipping
The Program is currently only open to orders shipping within New York State. By default, each order ships individually to that customer's own address, with standard shipping costs applying. Prefer a combined shipment with your neighbors? Reach out to us and we can arrange it. Discount codes issued through the Program should not be sold, shared publicly, or posted online, and may be revoked if we suspect misuse. General shipping terms otherwise follow our standard shipping process.
Returns
Returns and cancellations for Pila units ordered through the Program follow our standard Refund Policy.
